# Jupiter Bridge

> Jupiter Bridge moves and swaps tokens between Solana and 50+ networks: route choice, quotes, fees, minimums, warnings, transfer status and refunds.

## Overview

[Jupiter Bridge](https://jup.ag/bridge) moves tokens between Solana and more than 50 other networks, in either direction. It appears as Bridge Agg, with a Beta badge, in the navigation. Jupiter is still adding routes and improving speed: the **Tell us** link under the page title opens Jupiter Help to send feedback. Choose what you send and what you want to receive, and Jupiter finds the best route across several bridge providers. The token can be swapped along the way: send ETH on Arbitrum and receive SOL, or send SOL and receive USDC on Base.

| Detail | Value |
| - | - |
| Networks | More than 50; see [Supported networks](#supported-networks) |
| Platform fee | None at the moment; network and provider fees still apply |
| Minimum | Recommended: \$10 to or from Ethereum, \$3 elsewhere; smaller amounts go through unless fees would take a large share; see [Minimum amount](#minimum-amount) |
| Delivery | Estimated in each quote; see [Delivery time](#delivery-time) |
| Max slippage | 2%, fixed; see [How to read the quote](#how-to-read-the-quote) |

The Jupiter Bridge app always shows the current networks, fees, and minimums, and they prevail over this page.

## Bridge routes

Jupiter Bridge asks GUM, Mayan, Relay, NEAR Intents, and Circle CCTP for a quote and preselects a route:

* Routes are ranked by how much you receive after the source network's gas.
* Routes estimated to take more than about 5 minutes rank after faster ones.
* A route that would lose about 3% or more of the value you send is preselected only when every route would.

To use another route, expand **Route** in the quote details: it lists every route with the amount it delivers, and you can pick any of them before you sign.

Two of the routes work differently:

* NEAR Intents: you sign one transfer to a deposit address created for your trade, with no approval.
* Circle CCTP: moves USDC only. See [USDC and Circle CCTP](#usdc-and-circle-cctp).

## Supported networks

Jupiter Bridge connects Solana with each of these networks, in either direction. Every transfer starts or ends on Solana: for a transfer between two other networks, **Bridge anywhere** at the top of the form opens GUM's bridge in a new tab, with the same tokens selected.

## Supported tokens

In the Jupiter Bridge token picker, search by name, symbol, or contract address. When you pick a token on another network, verified tokens carry a badge, tokens other than the network's own coin show a shortened contract address you can copy, and popular networks have shortcuts to their main tokens, such as ETH, USDC, and USDT.

> [!WARNING]
>
> A copycat token can share the real token's name, symbol, and even the first and last characters of its address. Prefer a verified token or a shortcut, and before you bridge an unfamiliar token, compare its full copied address with the one its issuer or the network's explorer publishes.

## How to bridge

**1. Pick a direction**

Open [jup.ag/bridge](https://jup.ag/bridge) and choose **Bridge in** or **Bridge out**.

**2. Choose what you send and receive**

Pick the network and token you are sending, the network and token you want to receive, and the amount. **MAX** leaves a little of the native token for network fees.

**3. Check the quote**

Review how much you will receive and the quote details (see [How to read the quote](#how-to-read-the-quote)), and read any warning under the form (see [What do the warnings mean?](#what-do-the-warnings-mean)).

**4. Connect your wallets**

Connect the wallet holding the tokens. They go to your connected wallet on the receiving network, or choose **Send to another address** to manually enter a different address.

**5. Bridge**

Click **Bridge** and confirm in your wallet. Some tokens need an approval first.

**6. Track it**

The page shows progress until the tokens arrive (see [How to track a transfer](#how-to-track-a-transfer)).

## How to read the quote

Each Jupiter Bridge quote has a details panel: click the arrow at the end of the Rate line to open it. Fee rows appear only when the route reports them.

| Row | What it shows |
| - | - |
| Rate | The exchange rate between the two tokens |
| Network fees, Bridge fees, Additional source fee | This route's fees (see [Fees](#fees)) |
| Estimated time | How long this route should take, for example "\~51 sec · usually under 2 min" |
| Max slippage | How far the amount delivered can fall below the quote: 2%, which you can't change |
| Minimum received | The least this route should deliver after slippage |
| Route | The route used. When several routes quote, it reads "N routes": expand it to compare what each delivers and pick another |

## What do the warnings mean?

Before you bridge, Jupiter Bridge warns you about transfers that could lose value or fail:

| Message | What it means |
| - | - |
| You receive about N% less than you send. | The selected route would keep less than about 90% of the value you send, for example because liquidity is low or fees take most of a small amount. When you click **Bridge**, a confirmation shows what you send and what you receive; **Bridge anyway** continues. |
| Low liquidity for TOKEN on NETWORK. | One of the tokens trades thinly on its network: buying it and selling it back would lose about the percentage shown. On very low liquidity, the app also asks you to confirm. |
| Bridges under \$X can lose a large share to network fees. | The amount is below the recommended minimum and this quote would keep less than about 90% of what you send (see [Minimum amount](#minimum-amount)). **Use X** fills the smallest amount above the minimum. You can still click **Bridge**: a confirmation titled *We recommend bridging at least \$X* shows what you send, what you receive, and the network fees. |
| No route for this token and amount. Try another. | Under \$3, fewer routes are tried, so some pairs have no route at all. The message offers the same **Use X** amount. |
| You need ETH on Ethereum to pay network fees. | You don't have enough of the source network's gas token. The message names the token, the network, and usually the amount. |

***

## Minimum amount

The Jupiter Bridge minimum is a recommendation based on the USD value of what you send. A smaller amount is still quoted and bridged like any other when its quote is fine; the app only warns, and asks you to confirm, when network fees or low liquidity would take more than about 10% of what you send. Under \$3, fewer routes are tried, so some pairs have no route.

| Bridging to or from | Recommended minimum |
| - | - |
| Ethereum | \$10 |
| Any other network | \$3 |

***

## Fees

Jupiter doesn't charge a platform fee for bridging at the moment. You pay network and provider fees. The source network's gas, and any additional source fee, are paid from your wallet in that network's gas token. The other costs are already taken out of the amount you will receive. The fee breakdown in the quote shows:

| Fee | What it covers |
| - | - |
| Network fees | Gas on the source network and, for some routes, delivery on the destination network |
| Bridge fees | The provider's own fee, when it reports one |
| Additional source fee | An extra charge in the source network's native token, on the few routes that have one |

The breakdown lists only the fees the route reports, and the amounts are rounded estimates. On GUM routes, the provider's pricing is part of the rate rather than a separate fee. The fees shown don't always match the difference between what you send and what you receive, so judge a route by the amount you will receive and the minimum received.

> [!TIP]
>
> Keep some of the source network's gas token (see [Supported networks](#supported-networks)), even when you send another token: sending USDC on Ethereum still needs ETH.

***

## Delivery time

Jupiter Bridge shows each route's estimated time in the quote, before you sign (see [How to read the quote](#how-to-read-the-quote)). It depends on the route and the networks, and busy networks can add time. Slow routes rank after faster ones; see [Bridge routes](#bridge-routes).

***

## How to track a transfer

After you sign, Jupiter Bridge follows the transfer from Sent to Bridging to Arrived, with a timer and links to the input, output, and refund transactions. Once you have bridged, **Your History** under the form lists your recent transfers from this browser and your connected wallets, with their status:

| Status | Meaning |
| - | - |
| Signing | Waiting for your signature |
| Bridging | Sent on the source network, not delivered yet |
| Completed | Delivered on the receiving network |
| Refunding | The route couldn't complete the transfer and is returning your tokens |
| Refunded | Your tokens were returned to your wallet |
| Likely failed | The source network hasn't seen your transaction yet; it can still appear late |
| Failed | The transfer failed, for example because the source transaction was reverted |

***

## What if a transfer is delayed or fails?

Check the transfer's status (see [How to track a transfer](#how-to-track-a-transfer)) before trying again: a transfer that is still bridging, or marked Likely failed, can finish later. If the app asks you to check your source wallet, look at its recent activity before you start another bridge, so you don't send twice. The app stops tracking a transfer after 24 hours without an update; its transaction links still show where it stands. If the provider refunds you, the gas you paid isn't returned. For help, contact [Jupiter Support](https://support.jup.ag) with the transaction links.

***

## USDC and Circle CCTP

For USDC, Circle CCTP appears among the Jupiter Bridge routes when both networks support it. It burns USDC on the source network and mints native USDC on the destination, so you receive Circle-issued USDC rather than a wrapped version. Circle charges a small fee for these fast transfers, shown in the fee breakdown.

## Audits

Each Jupiter Bridge route runs on its provider's own smart contracts. Audits lower the risk of a bug but don't remove it. These are the audits each provider publishes:

## Risks and limitations

> [!WARNING]
>
> Quotes are estimates: prices can move before delivery, and large transfers can have price impact. If a route would lose a noticeable part of what you send, the app warns you before it runs (see [What do the warnings mean?](#what-do-the-warnings-mean)).

> [!CAUTION]
>
> Never send tokens from another network straight to your Solana address. Use Jupiter Bridge, or a [Universal Deposit](https://docs.jup.ag/user-docs/onramp/deposit/universal-deposit.md) address generated for that network. Tokens sent from an Ethereum, BNB Chain, or other non-Solana wallet directly to a Solana address can be lost permanently. Before you sign, double-check the receiving network and address.
